The Story Behind Us

NPN Medical & Laboratory Clinic is more than just a business—it is the result of resilience, family unity, and a shared commitment. We are four siblings who grew up together and have faced the loss of both our parents. With diverse expertise and professional backgrounds, we decided to embark on this journey together to create a meaningful and impactful business.

Our family also runs NPN Legal & Accounting, managed by our eldest sister, Noom, a certified accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and our third sister, Nan, a finance and accounting specialist who holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management and has recently earned her second bachelor’s degree in accounting. Meanwhile, our second sister, Noot, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is responsible for marketing, social media management, and website development for both businesses.

Our youngest brother, Jack, is at the heart of our clinic. With a bachelor’s degree in medical technology and over six years of experience working in hospitals, he was entrusted with managing and overseeing the clinic’s operations, including handling licensing and regulatory processes to ensure compliance with medical standards.

Since we chose not to rely on credit and had a limited budget, we carefully divided responsibilities among ourselves:
✅ Jack manages patient services and health assessments
✅ Noom & Nan oversee finance and accounting
✅ Noot handles marketing, branding, and online presence

Starting a medical laboratory clinic from scratch was not easy, especially in terms of building trust and brand recognition. However, within just three months, we have received an overwhelmingly positive response. Seeing clients return and recommend us to others has been incredibly encouraging and motivates us to keep improving.

ครอบครัวของเรายังดำเนินธุรกิจ NPN Legal & Accounting โดยมีพี่สาวคนโต “นุ่ม” นักบัญชีที่ได้รับใบรับรองวิชาชีพ และน้องสาวคนที่สาม “นัน” ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการเงินและบัญชี ซึ่งจบการศึกษาด้านการเงินและการบริหาร และเพิ่งจบปริญญาตรีใบที่สองในสาขาบัญชี นอกจากนี้ น้องสาวคนที่สอง “นุช” ผู้จบการศึกษาด้านบริหารธุรกิจ รับหน้าที่ดูแลด้าน การตลาด โซเชียลมีเดีย และเว็บไซต์ ของทั้งสองธุรกิจ

น้องชายคนสุดท้อง “แจ็ค” คือหัวใจหลักของคลินิกของเรา ด้วย ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคนิคการแพทย์ และประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลมากกว่า 6 ปี ทำให้เขาได้รับมอบหมายให้ดูแลมาตรฐานการบริการของคลินิก รวมถึงดำเนินการขอใบอนุญาตและจัดการเรื่องข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย

เนื่องจากเราเลือกที่จะไม่กู้ยืมเงินจากแหล่งทุนภายนอก และมีงบประมาณที่จำกัด เราจึงแบ่งหน้าที่กันอย่างรอบคอบ

✅ นุ่ม & นัน บริหาร งานบัญชีและการเงิน
✅ นุช ดูแล การตลาด การสร้างแบรนด์ และภาพลักษณ์ออนไลน์

การเปิดคลินิกตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางการแพทย์จากศูนย์ไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย โดยเฉพาะ การสร้างความไว้วางใจและการเป็นที่รู้จัก แต่ภายในระยะเวลาเพียง 3 เดือน เราได้รับการตอบรับที่ดีเกินคาด การที่ลูกค้ากลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำและแนะนำเราต่อ ทำให้เรามีกำลังใจและมุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาต่อไป
